General conditions

 

ARTICLE 1. Scope

The General Conditions herein (hereinafter referred to as the “General Conditions”) apply to all individuals or legal entities, whether professional or non-professional (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant(s)”), registering to participate in the 2nd International Purple Economy Forum on 8 and 9 December 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”), organised by SOFIEM, with Head Office at 37, rue des Mathurins – F-75008 Paris (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”), on behalf of Diversum, a French association operating under the 1 July 1901 Law, with Head Office at 23, rue de Beauvau – F-78000 Versailles (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”).
 

Event registration may entail selection of any of the following packages:
- Conferences on 9 December with gala dinners on 8 December and 9 December
- Conferences on 9 December with gala dinner on 8 December
- Conferences on 9 December with gala dinner on 9 December
- Conferences on 9 December excluding dinners

(finger food and cocktail receptions included)
